We build booking and studio management software specifically for tattoo artists. Not adapted from salon software. Not a generic appointment tool with a tattoo skin on it. Built from scratch for this industry.

Why we built this

Most tattoo artists run their businesses through Instagram DMs, iMessage threads, and paper consent forms kept in a folder somewhere. When we talked to studio owners, we kept hearing the same things: clients ghosting after taking a slot, no-shows on $400 sessions, consent forms that vanish, and zero visibility into whether the business was actually growing.

There was no software that understood the specifics — deposits that protect artists, digital consent forms that hold up, waitlists for flash drops, client records that go beyond a name and a date. So we built it.

What we believe

• Artists shouldn't pay a cut of their bookings. We charge a flat monthly fee. Stripe charges their standard processing fee. ServaloDesk takes 0% of your revenue — ever.
• Your client data is yours. We don't sell it, share it, or use it to train models. You can export everything anytime and leave. No lock-in.
• Simple beats clever. A booking tool should take two minutes to set up, not two days. We default to sensible settings and keep the UI out of your way.
• No-shows are a solvable problem. Required deposits, automated reminders, and a clear cancellation policy shown at booking time — that's all it takes. We make all of that standard.

Who we are

We're a small team. Most of us have spent time in creative industries — music, photography, tattooing — and got tired of watching talented people lose money to bad software and no-shows. ServaloDesk is the tool we wished existed.
